Commercial Project Spotlight: Animal Daycare – Clay, NY We recently completed a high-performance flooring transformation for a local animal daycare facility in Clay, NY. Given the high-traffic nature of the space, the client needed a seamless, hygienic, and incredibly durable solution. The System: 6-inch Integral Coving: Wrapped up the wall for easy wash-downs and maximum sanitation. Basecoat: Simiron Epoxy 1100 for a rock-solid bond to the substrate. Finish: Decorative Flake system for a professional, slip-resistant aesthetic. Topcoat: High-performance Polyaspartic for superior scratch and chemical resistance. The result is a floor that can handle everything our canine companions throw at it while remaining easy for staff to maintain.
